OMI sampling

Our focus is creating the means of production. To ensure that all molds are production ready when they are delivered to the customer, OMI personnel are present at all mold samplings in Asia and carefully document all molding parameters to aid in the start-up of the tool. Once the molding parameters have been optimized, each tool is run for a minimum of two hours under production conditions.

At OMI we have partnered with only those shops that are dedicated to mold making and are not involved in production molding. As a result all of our molding machines are readily available for mold sampling.

• In house sampling to 2,000 ton.
• Outside sampling to 4,000 ton.
• 2 shot and overmolding.
• Closed loop controls.
• Full CMM part inspection within 24 hours.
