OMI quality control methods

All of our factories in China are ISO certified and all tools are built to U.S. APQP standards using German and Japanese steel. All components are closely inspected in climate controlled environments prior to mold assembly to ensure the highest level of accuracy in every tool we build. This process is closely monitored by our on site U.S. project managers.

Our rigorous mold testing includes complete 1st article inspection reporting per customer supplied part drawings. In addition we can supply full capability studies to include dimensional PPAP reporting and Gage R&R testing.

Upon the completion of sampling and part approval, each tool goes through a 100% final inspection, conducted by OMI personnel. This is the final step in the quality process.
