Quality tool construction begins with a sound design. At OMI we strive to design tools that are robust in nature, with a focus on minimizing both cycle time and maintenance.

We utilize 75 full time mold designers who are proficient in designing injection molds to U.S. standards. All mold designs are done in both 2D and 3D and a full 3D design is supplied with every tool.

All mold designs are reviewed by our experienced staff of U.S. toolmakers prior to submitting to the customer for approval.
