Equipped with the latest in CAD/CAE/CAM and CNC machining technology, both in Asia as well as here in the U.S., our staff of over 75 mold designers and 350 moldmakers produce finished molds to exacting standards. Care is taken to ensure each component is manufactured to exact specification prior to mold assembly. By working around the clock we are able to assist customers in entering the market with the finished product both on time and within budget.

Quality steel and proper heat treat are critical components of quality die cast die manufacturing. We use only the finest steel such as Orvar and Dievar from Bohler Uddeholm and our Chinese heat treat facilities are state of the art. All components and heat treat are closely monitored by our on site U.S toolmakers to ensure that each component is finished to our exacting standards.
