Our Asian facilities consist of 215,000 square ft of manufacturing space and are located 1.5 hours from Hong Kong in southern China. Both facilities are state of the art with temperature and humidity controlled quality control area's, which allow for the manufacturing of tools to the tolerances we require. Our shops use the latest precision CNC equipment from Europe and Japan to build all of the injection molds and components. Each facility is ISO 9001: 2000 certified and great steps are taken to ensure all procedures are followed on a consistent basis. In addition we use only the finest steel from companies such as Uddeholm, Thyssen, Daido and Finkl.

Our on site staff of U.S. project managers ensure all procedures are followed and that all molds are manufactured using the materials and components you specify.
